MISS KENYA USA: PAGEANT SEGMENTS & REQUIREMENTS
INTRODUCTION:
In this segment the contestant is going to be introduced to the judges and the crowd for the first time as group. Then they will be performing a choreographed introduction dance. After the dance each contestant will have a chance to introduce themselves.
SWIM SUIT:
In this segment all the contestants will be wearing a bathing suit of the same color but different fashions that suit the contestant’s choice.
TRADITIONAL OR AFRICAN WEAR:
In this segment the contestant has the choice of going traditional or modern African wear. They have to be able to carry themselves as an African woman and delivery as such when on the stage.
TALENT:
In this segment the contestant is going to be performing a talent that is no longer than three minutes and it can be anything of the contestant’s choice.
EVENING WEAR:
In this segment the contestant needs to wear a gown that compliments her that also wows the crowd and judges alike.
INTERVIEW:
In this segment the contestant will be asked a question depending on what they pick from the bowl.
