The Pageant was the vision of Mr. Michael a.k.a “Frakaz” Bisonga, under the Frakaz Entertainment Group based in Houston, TX. The Pageant was always hosted in Houston over the Memorial Weekend in 2006 saw the first actual pageant take place. This drew a number of girls to part take in the pageant, eventually making the next year 2007 which had the most participants to date. In 2008 another set of participants took part in it and also followed 2009 which was the last time the pageant was held. Mr. Bisonga eventually decided to part ways with the pageant as his vision for his entertainment focused more on the Radio segment of his entertainment group.
